Return and Exchange Policy

At Beary Beary, we take pride in delivering thoughtfully made, premium essentials for your little ones. If you require a return, please review our policy below carefully before proceeding.

By making a purchase from our website or TikTok Shop, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated herein.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Items must be unwashed, unused, unworn

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact

  • Items must not be purchased using store credit

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g. pillowcases, bolsters, inner bedding, customised items, sale items) are strictly non-returnable unless defective.

Beary Beary reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.

 

2. How to Request a Return

All return enquiries must be emailed to:

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Full name

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos (if applicable)

Returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

 

3. Return Method & Refund Type

All approved returns will be issued strictly as:

Store Credit Only

  • Store credit will be issued less the original shipping fee borne by Beary Beary SG.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Store credit will be credited into your account at:

Customers must have a registered account in order to receive store credit.

Items purchased using store credit are final sale and not eligible for further exchange or return.

 

4. TikTok Shop Returns

For purchases made via TikTok Shop:

  • All return enquiries must still be directed to hellobearybeary@gmail.com

  • Approved returns will be issued as store credit only, less the original shipping fee borne by the seller

  • Customers must create a website account at www.bearybearysg.com for store credit to be issued

  • Items purchased using return store credit are not eligible for further exchange

Purchasing via TikTok Shop constitutes agreement to this return policy.

 

5. Return Shipping Instructions

Customers are required to:

  • Return items via trackable postage only

  • Retain proof of postage and tracking number

Beary Beary SG will not be responsible for parcels lost in transit.

Returns must be securely packed to prevent damage during shipping.

 

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you have received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with supporting photos. We will assess and advise accordingly.
